IMPORTANT!

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing any shamanic healing, divination, and/or ritual services of any kind provided by Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands). Your access to and use of these services is dependent on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service apply to all clients as well as all others who access or use these services. By accessing or using these services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Service then you may not access these services.

Disclaimer:

All services promoted and/or provided by Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands) and Fizzix LLC are in no way meant to treat, diagnose, cure or prevent any illness or disease, and are not meant to be used as a substitute for licensed medical care. By purchasing any service(s) provided by Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands) or Fizzix LLC, you are acknowledging your full awareness and complete understanding of the aforementioned statement, to which you fully agree. None of the statements on the official Fizzix LLC website, metafizzix.com, including the testimonials listed on the “Testimonials” page, are to be interpreted as medical claims in any way.

Clarification Of Language:

The source of a person’s healing does not reside outside of their body. A “healing practitioner” or “healer” helps their client by preparing an optimal environment, and/or energetic support of the body’s natural ability to heal itself. All recipients of shamanic healing services with Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands) understand that he makes no claim to heal anyone other than himself, but rather serves as a medium with the ability to assist the client in the healing process by influencing, altering, and enhancing the energy fields of the subtle biology (aka bio-software engineering), assessing and redirecting the flow patterns of energy throughout the body (debugging the source code of the bio-software), harnessing the influential power of intention with focused thought, and the implementation of highly advanced frequency entrainment techniques.

Payments:

With the exception of services booked by way of installments via a third-party payment processor (Affirm, Klarna, etc.), full payment for any service with Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands) or Fizzix LLC must be made prior to scheduling the first appointment for said service.

Installments:

Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands) and Fizzix LLC do offer payment arrangements in the form of installments for qualifying applicants via third-party payment processors during check-out. We encourage you to view the options available at checkout and choose the option that works best for you. Additional payment options may be added as they become available.

Refunds:

No refunds. All purchases are final for all metaphysical services provided by Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands) and Fizzix LLC with the client’s understanding that anticipated results are never guaranteed.

Follow-Up Sessions:

Follow-up Shamanic Healing sessions are secondary to the “immediate,” or “emergency” level healing session (the initial session of each recovery program) at no extra charge and may be reserved after receiving one of these foundational sessions first, if necessary. Follow-up sessions are included within the original program purchase. All available Follow-up sessions not yet booked within 28 days of the previous session already received will be forfeit, null and void. Any previously “non-existent” condition, whether new or formerly unexpressed by the client or representative of the client (e.g. parent, guardian, etc.) that arises after an initial healing session is received must be addressed separately with one of the two initial healing session options available (“immediate” or “emergency” level) as part of a new recovery program purchase before receiving one or more Follow-Up Shamanic Healing sessions for the new condition being addressed. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you understand that the amount of Follow-Up sessions available to you at no additional cost depends on the recovery program you have purchased.

Appointments and Scheduling:

Your appointment(s) for any metaphysical service(s) provided by Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands) or Fizzix LLC can be scheduled as soon as your payment for each service is made. The appointment scheduling calendar is available to you on the purchase confirmation page immediately upon making your service payment at checkout on the metafizzix.com website. It is solely your responsibility to ensure your appointment is scheduled, and immediate scheduling is highly recommended in order for you to have access to your preferred time slot within the practitioner’s availability. Service appointments may be rescheduled when necessary, within reason. With the exception of extreme circumstances beyond the client’s control, reschedules must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the initial appointment time. If you need to reschedule your appointment within this 48 hour time range, contact Shaman Hands directly in order to explain your circumstances. While approval of an exception is not guaranteed, Shaman Hands is willing to work with you if it is clear that unavoidable circumstances are preventing you from keeping your original appointment. All rescheduled appointments must be within 30 days of original appointment unless other special arrangements have been made directly with Shaman Hands due to exceptional circumstances.

Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands) uses Astrological natal charts of his clients in order to discover important details of their situation, condition, etc., prior to providing any shamanic healing session, divination, or ritual of any kind. In order to retrieve natal chart information, Shaman Hands requires client birthdate information if known (month, date, and year), birth location if known (city, state, province, territory, etc.), and current location of residence (city, state, province, territory, etc.).

Along with any shamanic healing session you receive, you will be provided with guidance regarding your healing journey, potential and/or likely health issues you may or may not be aware of, including but not limited to outside influences (e.g. people with secret intent to harm you by way of metaphysical means, relationship dynamics, environment, factors related to employment or daily routine, etc.), and how to address and heal issues associated with said influences holistically.

Privacy Policy:

This section informs you of the Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information received from clients of Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands) requesting Fizzix LLC services. The use of your personal information is only for providing a healthy and integral holistic service experience. All personal information is strictly confidential and handled accordingly. By using the services provided by Shaman Hands and Fizzix LLC you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection and Use:

You may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, telephone number, email address, etc.

Birth Information:

In accordance with the principles of Hippocrates, the “Father of modern medicine,” you will be asked to provide information related to your Astrological natal chart and biorhythmic blueprint, including your date of birth, birth location, and current location of residency. This information will be used to determine the client's relevant anatomical individuality as well as energetic health influences for the purpose of providing the most personalized and efficient service possible.

Communications:

Your personal information may be used to contact you with emergency and/or non-emergency inquiries, updates, relevant emails or text messages, as well as marketing or promotional materials.

Photography:

For long-distance (remote) shamanic healing services, or certain rituals where the client is not physically present with Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands) while the service is being received, a photograph of the client may be required as a tool for establishing sustained practitioner awareness of the client’s specific anatomical structure. Any and all photographs submitted for use during long-distance services will be considered personal information and therefore private and strictly confidential.

Purchasing Services for Others:

For any purchase made on someone else’s behalf where they are the recipient of the metaphysical service(s) provided instead of the person making the purchase, the person making the purchase must have received permission to do so from the person receiving the service(s) as well as explained to the person receiving the service(s) the nature of said service(s) to the best of the purchaser's ability, including the necessary use of a client photograph for any long-distance shamanic healing service(s) and/or certain rituals requested, as well as all other information within these Terms of Service relevant to the person receiving the service(s). In some instances you may be unable to communicate these things to the person you are wanting to book the service for due to certain factors such as the age or education level of the client, mental illness, incapacitation (e.g. coma or lack of consciousness, episodes of amnesia, severe autism, etc.). In situations such as these you may book the service on the client’s behalf as long as our practitioner concludes that it is appropriate to facilitate said service for them without their explicit consent. This conclusion will be made either by acknowledging your position as the client’s parent or legal guardian in the case of clients who are considered to be “under age,” or by the process of divination in order for our practitioner to obtain this consent from Spirit directly. As the purchaser of the service, you will be required to agree to these Terms of Service on the other person’s behalf upon booking the service.

Security:

The security of your personal information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While it is the intention of Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands) to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Termination:

Access to metaphysical services provided by Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands) or Fizzix LLC may be terminated immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service. All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Changes To Terms of Service:

These Terms of Service are effective as of 2025/12/12 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted publicly. Rev. Shawn Wells Goldman (Shaman Hands) reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time and all clients are advised to check these Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of metaphysical services from Shaman Hands or Fizzix LLC after the public posting of any modifications to the Terms of Service on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of any and all modifications to these Terms of Service as well as your agreement to abide by, and consent to be bound by, these modified Terms of Service.
